I realized a pre-visulization demo in partnership with XSens. The goal was to showcase a use case of PopcornFX V2 along with Unreal Engine 4 and the motion capture suit from XSens. The "Director" can, in real-time, film through an Ipad an be able to pre-visualize the render.
I realized the demo along with one fellow VFX Artist. I was in charge of developing the character visuals, the environment, and developing the experience.
The story is the one of Astro, a celestial being, traveling through dimension. He is in a place between worlds, with various doors opening on those worlds.
I added various looks that we tried during the development, in order to showcase the versatility of the technique used in the demo.
